Moron Of The Week: Bill Donohue For attacking Oscar-Winner actress (and Straight Ally) Susan Sarandon for referring to the Pope as a Nazi. Sarandon’s disputed comments came when she mentioned having given a copy of Dead Men Walking’s Book (a book which the film of the same title was based on, for which Sarandon won the Oscar by playing a nun) to then Pope John Paul II. Ratzinger (Benedict XVI) wasn’t a Nazi by choice but was indeed part of the Hitler’s Youth (as most of Germany’s children). However, to me, there ain’t much of a difference.
